Each station will broadcast live from 7 am to 1 pm, asking businesses and individuals to donate to support the youth in our local communities. Ever dollar raised on radiothon day, including money raised via the NEW online auction, 100% will go directly to the Hill District Grandstand Show youth. This year we are excited to announce the addition of an online auction to help benefit our Grandstand youth! The auction can be found the day of the Radiothon at www.ranchrmg.com. You can preview the items online now.
The Hill District Grandstand show supports youth from over 30 area Texas Hill Country Counties. For the Hill Country, 4-H and FFA are some of the primary programs found in local counties that help form the future leaders of our country. These programs help teach kids what it’s like to care for another living being, responsibility, leadership, how to make new friends, how to organize, prioritize and work on a schedule, how to be a part of a team, and the value of serving in the community. Plus, so much more. In area livestock shows kids learn that many hours of caring for something and sacrificing time and money can also bring great monetary reward that can be used to help pay for college or trade schools. The end goal is to do as much for these kids as we can; to help better their futures. Businesses and individuals can call in, 830-465-KIDS or go online, www.ranchrmg.com, to donate.
2023 was our biggest Radiothon to date with over $20K raised! “’Their Future is our Future’ and there is no better place to raise our young people than in a barn! While raising great livestock we are raising even better kids.”
